The sunroom also serves as a practical workspace with a desk, monitor, printer/scanner, and office basics.
The home is designed for easy, comfortable living with step‑free entry, fast Wi‑Fi, smart TV, full laundry setup, quality linens, and central A/C. Guests also have access to a one‑car garage and plenty of extras for beach days and local adventures—including beach chairs, towels, a cart, umbrella, cooler, pickleball gear, four adult bikes, and a propane grill.
